technically single

I have reasons to be single... and I hope to maintain the status quo. Technically single.... I read this phrase somewhere and found it befitting for myself. The resons for my assuming self as technically single is that i still hope for reconciliation. Reconciliation; with the world around me, with the friends who parted their ways after petty fights, with the iced-tea that we used to have when I was in college, with the teachers who termed a communist in class discussions, with the communists who never believed that i belonged to them (And I never was, with those machos who hated my being emotional when they little felt the need to be and with many others helped me term myself as technically single…..
